Seen for what you can do, not how your CV reads.
A short note on why PRODICTA exists, and why we think it is a fairer way to be understood.
PRODICTA exists because the usual way people are judged for work leaves too much out. A CV is a summary of your past, written under pressure and read in seconds. An interview tends to reward whoever is most comfortable talking about themselves that day. Neither one shows how you actually work.
So we built something different. Instead of asking you to describe yourself, we put you in realistic workplace situations and pay attention to how you approach them: how you make decisions, handle pressure, communicate, and work with other people. It is closer to a day at work than another form to fill in, and that is what makes it fairer.
It means you are seen for what you can do, not for how your CV reads. We do not judge you on grammar, spelling, or presentation. There is no number and no pass or fail, because you are more than a result, and everyone who takes part learns something useful about how they work.
The report is written in plain, honest language, and it belongs to you. Use it to understand your strengths, build your confidence, and take a clearer next step, whatever stage of your career you are at.
